Náplň práce
Demonstrate an autonomous and proactive attitude in leading technical cable improvements, initiatives, analyses, and cost-saving activities — responsible for setting targets and achieving milestones.
Contribute internally with global product engineering teams to define cable designs, manufacturing specifications, and create both project-specific and generic drawings.
Manage external technical activities with supplier teams, including the identification and validation of new suppliers.
Support customer-oriented project teams in cable-related topics.
Maintain a comprehensive technical overview of cable topics across all products.
Lead system development tasks, including design input, integration, and formal testing of customer programs from the start-up phase to final release.
Ensure that the component design of Occupant Detection System products meets all performance, quality, and manufacturing requirements.
Create and negotiate specifications, product briefs, and technical documentation.
Develop and manage specific program engineering tools such as DFMEA, Test Validation Plans, and Technical Risk Assessments.
Perform, evaluate, and report on component-level testing.
Conduct detailed assessments of OEM specifications and international standards.
